2. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features of PrepX. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase
• One-time purchases (e.g., MPSI Mock Tests) grant lifetime access to the specified content
• Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase

4. Acceptable Use

You may not share your account credentials, redistribute test content, use automated tools to scrape questions, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or other users' experience.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on PrepX, including mock test questions, solutions, and analytics, is the intellectual property of PrepX. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrepX is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
